Peter Palonek – Chief Partner Officer
The cornerstone of our partner ecosystem, Peter will grow, enable, and strengthen our global network of integrators, solution providers, and channel partners to sign up and scale globally. Bringing vast experience as a leading expert in building intelligence technologies will continue to drive our partner-led footprint.
Phil Smith – Chief Product & Technology Officer
Phil will lead our technical platform delivery, development and product roadmap, ensuring Bitpool stays at the forefront of AI-powered building intelligence. From cutting through technical noise to delivering advanced AI and data engineering capability, Phil’s role will ensure we continue to change the way buildings are managed globally.
Ihsaan Mahomed – Head of Product
Ihsaan will lead our product innovation team, bringing his expertise in best practice UX design to shape the usability, scalability, and speed-to-value for our partner network. By gathering, interpreting, roadmapping and executing product feedback into rapid improvements, Ihsaan will ensure our platform is leading the industry and its vast user network to scale and amplify performance, fast.
Zoe Staples – Head of Marketing
Leading our marketing engine, Zoe drives brand enablement, co-marketing, and partner engagement. Crafting clear strategies, storyboards, and campaigns to power global growth, she creates narratives which connect while arming partners with the assets and support they need to win and scale fast.
Eric Sharp – Head of Information Security
With zero-trust as a non-negotiable, Eric’s role is responsible for ensuring our platform is safe by design. With vast capability on the front line of threat detection and resolution, with capability from Azure and Entra ID to ISO27001, Essential Eight and NIST cybersecurity frameworks, Eric’s leadership will provide the assurance partners demand in our secure-by-default platform.
Cameron Macey – Head of Partner Integration & Support
With unmatched delivery expertise, Cameron’s role leads our partner integration and support team. From defining industry-leading best practices to fast tracking partner success, Cameron’s team will serve as the heartbeat of partner engagement and technical support, streamlining onboarding, accelerating capability and ensuring our partners deliver faster, cleaner, and more scalable outcomes.
Ash Abdullrabzak – Client Mobilisation & Training
From onboarding and enablement through to advanced dashboarding, reporting and AI features, Ash will design and deliver training that empowers our partners to self-serve, scale and succeed. Carrying on his great work bridging the gap between complex data problems and efficient, practical outcomes, this role will see Ash unlocking value for our partners and their clients at speed.
